Pac Pollux

Apparently the ability to create Atari 7800 games is starting to seep out into masses, and in this instance, the slightly deranged. An atari fan that goes by the moniker gambler172 somehow convinced a hobby programmer (Pacmanplus) to hack Ms Pac Man into a game based loosely on a French cartoon entitled "Nestor et Pollux". The game "Pac Pollux" looks interesting, mainly because it offers new maze designs for the excellent 7800 version of Ms. Pac Man.

I have never heard of this French cartoon, and the thought of involving myself with something the French find amusing (remember, they love that lush Jerry Lewis), is a little less than exciting, but I am happy to report that I am obtaining a complete limited edition version of the game that includes a patch and a talisman of the main character! I don't know what to expect with this one, but the review will be coming up in a few weeks.
